Client Responsibilities

Attending scheduled calls

Intellectual Property
All systems, workflows, templates, and materials developed by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use them for your business.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g. CRM systems, payment processors). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these platforms.
